Service Description
This intimate group session, limited to just 12 participants, is designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, all while working in the soothing warmth of infrared heat. The infrared heat promotes deeper muscle relaxation, improves circulation, and allows you to achieve a deeper stretch, helping you build strength and flexibility more efficiently. In this 60-minute class, you'll flow through a series of core-focused Pilates exercises on the mat, targeting every major muscle group, from your arms and legs to your glutes and abs. The heat helps to unlock tight muscles, allowing you to move more fluidly and safely, while sweating out toxins and improving your overall mobility. Our instructor will guide you through precise movements, focusing on proper alignment, breath control, and full-body engagement. The small class size ensures you receive personalized attention, helping you refine your technique and deepen your practice.
